Common questions

What counts as an evidence pack?

One evidence pack documents one business decision influenced by AI — for example, a CV shortlisting decision or an automated payroll calculation. Each pack covers one decision, one framework, and produces one audit-ready PDF. A single AI system may have several decisions linked to it, each requiring its own pack.

When do paid plans start?

We are currently in early access. All users can start a free trial with 3 evidence packs — no credit card required. Paid plans — Starter, Professional, and Premium — launch in Q3 2026. If you start your free account now, your packs and data carry over automatically. We will give existing users advance notice and a preferential rate before public launch.

Can I upgrade mid-year once paid plans launch?

Yes. You can upgrade at any point. If you upgrade partway through your annual billing period, you pay the pro-rated difference for the remaining term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What happens when I hit my pack limit?

You will see a clear notification when you are approaching your limit, and you will not lose access to your existing packs. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, or contact us if you need a temporary increase.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — and right now, the free tier is permanent during our early access period. You get 3 evidence packs, all frameworks unlocked, and audit-ready PDF export. No time limit, no credit card. The free 3-pack access will remain available to all users once paid plans launch.

Where is data stored?

All data is stored in the EU on Supabase infrastructure. AuditEvidenceAI Ltd is registered in England and Wales. We are GDPR compliant and our Data Processing Agreement is available at auditevidence.ai/dpa.
